This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy governs your use of Property Market Group Ltd T/A TenantMarket, a marketplace that facilitates Rent-to-Rent (R2R) and subleasing deals by connecting property owners, sourcers, and investors. By accessing or using the TenantMarket platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
TenantMarket provides a platform for facilitating property deals between users, including Rent-to-Rent (R2R) and subleasing agreements. You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to violating the rights of others, posting offensive content, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Terms of Use
Account Registration and Responsibility
To access and use TenantMarket, you must register and create an account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account information updated and to promptly make any necessary changes to ensure its accuracy.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password, and for any activities or actions taken under your account. TenantMarket will not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any suspected security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.
TenantMarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, at any time, and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use. Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice or liability to you.
Access to the Platform
TenantMarket is made available on both a free basic account (“Free Account”) and a paid subscription basis (“Pro Account”). While we will work to maintain a high level of availability, we do not guarantee that the platform, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of the platform without notice.
We are not liable to you if the platform is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access the platform, and for ensuring that all persons who access the platform through your internet connection are aware of and comply with these Terms of Use.
Free Accounts and Upgrades
TenantMarket offers a Free Account with limited features. You may upgrade to a Pro Account at any time to access all features of the platform.
From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes. These may be subject to additional terms, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be applied retroactively unless explicitly stated. There are no free trials, and Free Account access does not require payment details.
Paid Subscriptions
TenantMarket offers monthly and annual paid plans (“Pro Accounts”). Subscriptions start immediately upon payment and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise TenantMarket and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method at each renewal. Each payment extends your access for one billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Settings area of your TenantMarket account. If your subscription was set up through Stripe’s customer billing portal, you may also cancel using the Stripe portal link provided in your confirmation or renewal emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not process cancellations via email or support messages.
If a payment fails (e.g., declined or expired card), your Pro access may be suspended immediately. We will retry the payment multiple times. If we cannot collect payment, your subscription may be ended until valid details are provided. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified in advance, and if you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel before the next renewal. Continuing to use the platform after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
All subscription payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Content
TenantMarket may allow you to upload, post, or otherwise transmit content to the platform. You retain all rights in any content you upload or post, but you grant TenantMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display the content in connection with the platform. You are solely responsible for any content you upload or post, and TenantMarket reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property
The TenantMarket platform and all content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of TenantMarket or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the platform without the prior written consent of TenantMarket.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TenantMarket provides the platform "as is" and without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied. TenantMarket does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the service provided—offering immediate access to private and proprietary property deals—all payments are non-refundable once access has been granted to the platform. By purchasing access to TenantMarket, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to a refund once you have accessed or used the platform, regardless of the duration or extent of usage.
Limitation of Liability
TenantMarket acts solely as an intermediary, providing a platform that connects users to facilitate property deals. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any transactions or agreements made between users. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that TenantMarket is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the transactions, communications, or interactions between users. Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence and entering into agreements at their own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TenantMarket, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
